Competition Class

Step onto the mats and immerse yourself in our competition ready sparring sessions. This is were the artistry of technique meets the intensity of live combat. These classes are the heartbeat of our grappling community, offering participants the opportunity to put their skills to the test in controlled, yet challenging, one-on-one scenarios.

These sessions are more than a physical exchange; it's a mental chess match where strategic thinking, timing, and adaptability come to the forefront. As practitioners pair off, the mats come alive with the rhythmic dance of controlled aggression, where takedowns, sweeps, and submissions are executed with precision and finesse.

We will explore the full spectrum of grappling scenarios, from ground control and positional dominance to escapes and counters. The controlled environment allows you to experiment with new techniques, refine existing skills, and develop a deeper understanding of the nuances of grappling.

Our experienced coaches oversee each sparring session, providing valuable insights, encouragement, and constructive feedback to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

These sessions are great for helping you get competition ready. Check out below for some examples of some of the recent competitions that our students have entered.

If you would like to build up your skill level or confidence before joining these sessions then please contact us about our private sessions.
